Resident Procurement Officers (RPOs)
Field-Based Role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cocoa farmers
- Source and procure high-quality cocoa beans as per company standards
- Monitor, count, and record cocoa pods during harvesting
- Coordinate farmers’ delivery of cocoa to the collection centre
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting using digital tools
- Identify and report quality issues, supply challenges, fraud, or discrepancies
- Verify farmer details and delivery receipts
Collection Centre Staff (CCS)
Key Responsibilities
- Receive all cocoa deliveries at the collection centre
- Weigh and record all cocoa bags accurately (daily)
- Ensure proper bag labelling, tagging, and documentation
- Maintain digital and physical records and inventory logs
- Issue payment vouchers for farmers to sign

Works with: Existing Assistant Accountant (Ikom office)
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager based in Ikom to lead the financial and commercial accounting functions for our Ikom operations. The ideal candidate will blend
robust accounting expertise with practical agribusiness, commodity-trading and export experience—especially handling the financial flows, costing and documentation
associated with exporting premium dried cocoa beans. You will work closely with the Assistant Accountant and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, cashflow management and export compliance.
