We align with globally recognised quality benchmarks such as the Cacao of Excellence program, where in 2025, only 50 outstanding cacao masses were selected from 191 entries across 45 origins through rigorous blind sensory evaluation. This is the standard we are working toward every single day.
Through strict post-harvest protocols, sensory evaluation, and collaborative quality control with our partners, we are building the pathway to ensure UNIFACTO Premium Cocoa meets and eventually rivals the world’s most celebrated origins.
